Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Specialist

NuVoxx is looking for a marketing coordinator with technology, SaaS or telecom experience to join our team. The marketing coordinator will be responsible for managing web and social media content, PPC Campaigns and SEM as well as occasional requests for traditional marketing and promotional materials such as brochures, banners and promotional items.

The person will work with our web / design team to accomplish the click-through, conversion and traffic targets required to meet the financial goals of the organization.

Your day to day activities will look a bit like this:

  • Creating, posting and managing content on our web sites and social media (LinkedIn)
  • Analyzing websites and campaigns, measuring Search metrics and key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities
  • Creating and managing PPC Search Campaigns that drive conversions on Adwords, LinkedIn and Bing ads
  • Creating and managing Display, Video and Remarketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Display Network
  • Suggesting SEO improvements and implement these recommendations in WordPress
  • Recommending or implementing improvements to ads copy, display banners and landing pages as needed
  • Collecting and defining requirements, creating and managing the architecture for large scale campaigns
  • Managing weekly and monthly reporting
  • Working with Web Design, Graphics Design teams and printing/production vendors for marketing and promotional materials
  • Working with HubSpot to create campaign funnels, landing pages, mailing lists and other marketing automation
  • Tracking, flagging and resolving issues in general

You are the right fit for this job if you:

  • Have a passion for digital and traditional marketing, lead generation and PPC optimization
  • Have at least 2 years of hands on experience with PPC campaigns
  • Have a superior knowledge of Analytics and the best tools to track results
  • Enjoy overseeing a portfolio with multiple campaigns
  • Are good at working with Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools, as well as conducting keyword research
  • If you have a Google AdWords Certification and or HubSpot experience, you are ahead of the crowd

IVR Sales Executive

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience selling IVR and/or other hosted contact center applications
  • Excellent sales and presentation skills via the phone, email and web-conference
  • Demonstrated success in closing business over the phone
  • Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Energetic, upbeat, tenacious, team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Client Services Coordinator

NuVoxx is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to help us service our clients, as we continue to expand.

In this role, you will act as a liaison between our clients and internal, as well as external resources, to ensure NuVoxx delivers the highest level of service possible. The range of duties covers things like coordinating tasks and projects and ensuring invoices are paid on time; from participating in sales meetings,  through conducting training sessions for clients and helping script Interactive Voice Response applications. In essence – you will be the bridge and the link between our clients and us. If you are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, thrive on challenges and get an adrenaline rush from working under pressure, this job is for you.

Qualifications:

  • Desire to learn and grow in cloud-based telecommunications services vertical
  • Ability to function in fast paced service provider environment
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand technical requirements
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Ability to professionally interact with clients and build relationships

  • 2 years comparable experience
