Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience selling IVR and/or other hosted contact center applications
  • Excellent sales and presentation skills via the phone, email and web-conference
  • Demonstrated success in closing business over the phone
  • Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Energetic, upbeat, tenacious, team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work from home office
  • University/College Degree
